Stream Recorder: The Ultimate Chrome Extension for Recording Live and Archived Videos

It's really hit-and-miss saving the recorded files. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. 100% exactly likes some previous reviews. Developers should work on this.

Really powerful!

Works 50% of the time; when it's most needed it either records for 1-2 mins and shuts down everytime or when I'm about to save the recorded file, it repeatedly says to "Check internet connection" where there's no other alternative other than to restart the browser which automatically loses the file.( Even restarting doesn't help sometime) I've been told by the support team through mail, that it's because of an antivirus installed,(which I haven't) or there's less memory (The browser location is literally empty).

Worked for many years w/o problems, but recently it just doesn't open anymore. I've tried various things like to remove it and reinstall it, but no use. Sadly this extension isn't working anymore as it used to.

Most versatile free stream/video downloader. I have tested a lot, but this stream recorder has never let me down. Works on most websites, services etc.

It doesn't work any more on the sites it used to. None of the modes. It was super helpful easy and fast earlier.

sometimes it stops during recording

'High' Video Quality seems to be defaulting to 720p now. When selecting custom it says 1080p has a lower 'bps' than 720p

some streams are recorded in 720p, not 1080p. Still very successful.
